Overview

After Zap launched, we needed a website that went beyond the launch moment and clearly explained the product and its different offerings. The goal was to help people understand what Zap does and how it fits into their everyday use.

I worked on the Zap website from early exploration through to delivery, partnering closely with the front-end engineer and an external design studio. I was involved early on in lo-fi layouts and content structure, helping shape how the product was explained before moving into visual execution.

A large part of my work was at those early stages — working through lo-fi layouts and content, translating product information into something clearer and more usable. From there, I guided design direction through high-fidelity execution with our Brand Design consultants (Belonwus), and spent a lot of time on detailed QA to make sure everything held together across devices and breakpoints. The result was a straightforward product site that explained Zap clearly without getting in the way.
